SATA is the latest evolution of AzAuTO that was established in 1973 as Service Station Dealers of Arizona and changed the corporate name in July of 1996. AzAuTO changed its name to SATA in December of 2002. SATA is a state-wide alliance of automotive repair shop owners, tire dealers, convenience stores, service station dealers, and industry suppliers. SATA represents the automotive after market industry on local, state, and federal levels.
